Jardine, the final component of Kilroy Realty's On Vine development, has opened its doors to residents in Hollywood.
The tower, located at the southeast corner of Ivar and De Longpre Avenues, began welcoming its first residents earlier this month, according to a representative of general contractor Webcor. The 20-story building consists of 200 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 514 to 2,658 square feet in size.
According to a leasing website, rents at Jardine start at $2,830 per month for a studio and range as high as $5,925 per month two-bedroom units. The tower also includes a collection of penthouse units, which command rents monthly rents as high as $20,240.
In addition to housing, the tower features a suite of resident amenities - including a fitness center and a rooftop pool deck with views of Hollywood.
The first phase of On Vine, a series of low-rise buildings consisting of 350,000 square feet of offices space, was completed in late 2020. The entire commercial component of the project has been leased by streaming provider Netflix, which has agreed to lease more than 1 million square feet of office space in various buildings across Hollywood.
Shimoda Design Group designed both the office buildings and Jardine, which spans a fully city block that also fronts Vine Street and Homewood Avenue. The site is knit together by a pedestrian paseo cutting east-to-west between Vine and Ivar.
On Vine represents a familiar formula for Kilroy Realty, which also developed Columbia Square, a similar office and residential complex at the site of a former CBS radio broadcast facility which is now partially leased to ViacomCBS.
Kilroy's other Los Angeles projects include a new office complex planned near Bergamot Station in Santa Monica, and as well as a potential expansion of the Blackwelder campus in Culver City.
