The project, located on a 6.9-acre property at 19525 W. Nordhoff Street, consists of a pair of six-story structures featuring 429 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as standalone retail buildings containing 21,000 square feet of rentable space.

Rents for the apartments, according to a project website, start at $1,805 per month and range as high as $3,847 per month.

More than 1,000 parking spaces were built with the project, located in structures within the new buildings and a surface lot which fronts Nordhoff Street.

The project, called Symmetry, was designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning.  On-site amenities include two pool decks, a fitness center, and a yoga studio, according to the leasing website.

Symmetry is located roughly a half-mile east of 24 - a campus-style development consisting of 160 apartments and the new headquarters of toymaker MGA Entertainment.
