A pair of seven-story apartment buildings are now under construction at side-by-side properties in Koreatown.
The first of the two developments, located at 3951 Ingraham Street, consists of a six-story building featuring 14 apartments above a partially subterranean parking garage. City records indicate that architect Chuang Choi designed the podium-type building, which is now fully framed.
The second project, located at 3945 Ingraham Street, will also be a six-story building with 14 apartments and a parking structure. The building, which has not yet progressed above ground level, is designed by Leslie Thomas Lippich.
Both serve as a prelude to a large mixed-use development from Jamison Services, Inc., which recently started work nearby at the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Wilton Avenue.
