A 28,000-square foot property north of the Beverly Center is slated for redevelopment as a mixed-use complex, per a case filing with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.

The project, would consist of a low-rise building featuring 96 apartments above approximately 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and an underground parking garage.  Developer Jacob Stark has requested a density bonus in exchange for setting aside nine residential units as very low income housing.

A car wash and a small retail building would be demolished to make way for the project.
