In Larchmont, Los Angeles-based developer Category Company has completed construction on an infill housing complex.

The project, located at 4847 Beverly Boulevard, consists of a four-story building containing 16 residential units.
Bittoni Architects designed the contemporary podium-type structure, which includes balconies, a rooftop deck, and a central courtyard. Subterranean parking is located beneath the building.
The apartment complex, which replaced a duplex, began construction in 2019.

The Beverly Boulevard development is the latest in a recent series of multifamily housing projects in the Larchmont neighborhood, including Frost/Chaddock's 88-unit Qwil apartments four blocks north on Wilton Place.
Category Company, which frequently works with Bittoni Architects, has partnered with New York-based developer Common to develop a $100-million portfolio of co-living apartment buildings across Los Angeles.
