Lincoln Property Company and Alcion Ventures are blazing ahead with construction for FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy, a 38-acre creative office campus in Orange County.
The development, which rises on a former Marine Air Corps Station on Barranca Avenue, will feature a series of low-rise and mid-rise buildings toatling 470,000 square feet of rentable space.
Building and site designs by Rios Clementi Hale Studios take on aviation themes, alluding to the nearby John Wayne Airport. With high, pitched ceilings, the buildings will be set in a park-like setting featuring walkways and landscaping.
A second half of the development is expected to account for an additional 400,000 square feet of offices.
