Los Angeles-based developer AddAZero Corp. plans to construct a micro unit apartment building on the northern fringe of Koreatown.

The project, which would replace a series of small commercial buildings at 4760 Melrose Avenue, calls for the construction of a five-story edifice featuring 33 studio apartments and a rooftop garden atop 875 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.

Ferrier Studio is designing 4760 Melrose, which is portrayed in renderings as as a contemporary low-rise building.
