After yearly three years of construction, the veil has lifted at Greystar Real Estate Partners' $300-million Neptune Marina development in Marina del Rey.

Located at two corners of Via Marina and Mrquesas Way, the project replaced an older apartment complex of the same name.  In their place, a new series of five-story buildings offers 526 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in addition to amenities.

A promotional website lists rents ranging between $3,625 and $8,325 per month.

TCA Architects designed the project, which adopted some Mid-Century Modern design features from the 1960s Neptune Marina.  The project greets the Marina del Rey waterfront with a pedestrian promenade, and will provide access to a series of boat slips.

The project site is neighbored by a new Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn hotel development, as well as the AMLI MDR apartments.
