After breaking ground a little over one year ago, the Wilshire Curson Building is now a few floors away from topping out on the Miracle Mile.

The 21-story tower, located at 620 S. Curson Avenue, is being developed by the J.H. Snyder Company. It will feature 285 apartments in studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans, as well as a subterranean parking garage with 410 vehicle spaces. Amenities include a gym and a rooftop bar, lounge, and pool.

MVE + Partners is designing the contemporary glass-clad building, which features a landscaped courtyard.

The Wilshire Curson Building is expected to open in late 2020. The project has its own official YouTube page, where the construction process can be tracked.

Mid-Wilshire is anticipating several transformational projects like the Purple Line Extension, the Academy Museum, a $400-million 42-story apartment tower, and the proposed redesigns of the LACMA Campus and the La Brea Tar Pits.
