The project, called 3980 Wilshire Boulevard, is being developed by Jamison Services, Inc.  The seven-story structure will featuring 228 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments and a podium structure containing 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space with 340 parking stalls.
