The project, located on the former site of a string of small commercial buildings at Valley Boulevard and Charlotte Avenue, consists of a four-story edifice that will feature 49 condominiums above approximately 9,200 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 197-car garage.
The near-finished product closely resembles a conceptual rendering depicting a contemporary low-rise structure clad in stucco and stone veneer.
The project was originally expected to open in 2021.
