New housing is starting to come online near Irvine's Great Park.
Last month, Toll Brothers announced the debut of 13 model homes at its Great Park development, located at 173 Beverly Drive. Plans call for a series of three-story townhomes and single-family dwellings with between 3 to 7 bedrooms and up to 6 bathrooms.
While the homes come in four collection - named Elm, Birch, Rowan, and Alder - buyers also have customization options.
Asking prices start at $1.5 million, per a news release.
According Toll Brothers representative, the project entails a total of 372 individual home sites.
