The project, which broke ground in July 2020 at the northwest corner of Union Street and El Molino Avenue, calls for the construction of a four-story building featuring 40 apartments above 2,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a 70-car garage.

The Spanish Colonial revival style building, designed by Moule & Polyzoides, will include a mix of two-bedroom dwellings and townhouses.

At the time of the project's groundbreaking, completion was expected by Fall 2021, according to a representative of GD Realty Group.

The development site is located cattycorner to the Andalucia, a similar mixed-use project completed by Mack Real Estate Group and Mill Creek Development in 2017.

To the west along Union Street, Mill Creek Development recently started construction on a larger mixed-use housing development called Olivewood Village.
