A six-story mixed-use development will be built at the corner of 4th Street and Linden Avenue in Downtown Long Beach, according to Longbeachize.

The Gallery 434 project, which is a collaboration between architecture firm Studio One Eleven and the Irvine-based developer Sares-Regis Group, is portrayed as a contemporary podium-type building with a color scheme of yellow and grey.

Details such as the total unit count and amount of retail space within the project have not been revealed.
