A Canadian real estate firm has filed plans to construct a mixed-use development across the street from Sony Pictures Studios.

The project, which comes from Bastion Development Corporation, is located at 10375 Washington Boulevard in Palms, just outside of Culver City limits.  According to a case filing with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning, the proposed development would include 108 residential units, 3,600 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and two levels of subterranean parking.

PK Architecture is designing the project, which would consist of a contemporary seven-story structure featuring a rooftop deck.

Bastion's Los Angeles area portfolio includes multiple developments in Culver City, including the nearby Oliver Apartments.

The 10375 Washington development follows similar multifamily buildings completed at the Palms - Culver City border, including projects from NMS Properties, California Landmark Group, and Greystar Real Estate Partners.
