Construction has topped out at 105 S. Doheny Drive, where Los Angeles-based Duke Development is building a multifamily residential complex. 

The seven-story building, located near the boundary between Beverly Grove and the City of Beverly Hills, will feature 35 residential units with open space amenities and a semi-subterranean parking structure. 

The podium-type building is being designed by The Albert Group Architects.

Two blocks east at the corner of 3rd Street and Wetherly Avenue, the 12-story frame of the Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is also taking shape.
