Los Angeles-based Large Architecture has emerged with a fresh batch of renderings for 1755 Argyle, Related California's new residential tower in Hollywood.
The 18-story structure, now rising next to the iconic Capitol Records Building, will feature 114 apartments above 2,100 square feet of retail space and a five-level, 201-car garage. Plans on file with the City of Los Angeles indicate that the 177-foot-tall building will include a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, as well amenities such as a fitness center and a swimming pool.
1755 Argyle's design is described by the Large Architecture website as featuring a "dynamic facde," created by alternating floor plates. Renderings exhibit a strong mid-century modern influence.
Related is currently on track to finish the development in 2018.
The property sits catacorner to a 16-story hotel tower that is now neearing completion.
