Next week, the Beverly Hills Architecture Commission will review plans for a low-rise commercial building in the city's downtown.
Neu Investment Corporation, based out of Beverly Hills, has requested permission to construct a three-story edifice at 250-260 N. Canon Drive, replacing a small surface parking lot. The project would offer restaurant space, in addition to an automated parking garage for up to 102 vehicles.
Conceptual renderings of the project, which is designed by Nadel Architects, portray a concave facade of glass and steel.
An exact timeline for the development is unclear.
A new office building that will house the real estate brokerage Hilton & Hyland is currently under construction across the street.
