Los Angeles-based real estate firm Palisades is now wrapping up construction on AIRE Santa Monica, a collection of 19 for-sale residences designed by JFAK Architects.

The project, one of only a few significant condomium developments to be built in Santa Monica in recent years, offers a mixture of single-story garden flats and two-level townhomes.  Floor plans range from 1,012 to 2,100 square feet, and sales prices begin in the high $900,000s.

Each home feature clean, minimalist designs with floor-to-glass ceiling throughout.  Split-level rooftop decks adorn the buildings, accompanying additional open space in the form of a communal courtyard.

The project is located on 14th Street, blocks from the Expo Line.
