In Victor Heights, the northernmost neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles, construction is underway for a low-rise condo complex.
Located at 957 N. Figueroa Terrace, the project will consist of a three-story building featuring 28 residential units above a basement parking garage. Plans call for one unit to be set aside for disabled persons earning up to 50 percent of the Los Angeles area median income.
The subject property was previously improved with five small residences built between 1907 and 1939.
City records link the low-rise development to the Venice-based Reed Architectural Group.
The project is the latest development for the hillside community near Dodger Stadium, following a recently-completed project featuring 45 townhomes at 1015-1035 Figueroa Terrace.
