Earlier this month, homebuilder Watt Communities and Presidio Residential Capital announced the debut of New Heights, a new development of single-family residences in West Hills.
The project, located at 22135 Roscoe Boulevard, consists of 43 houses featuring four-bedroom floor plans ranging between 2,069 and 2,200 square feet in size. Each features private yards and decks.

Locally-based Watt Communities is a prolific builder of housing in the Los Angeles area, including a new complex of small lot homes in Frogtown. New Heights is its fifth project with Presidio Residential Capital.
