Canadian homebuilder Brookfield Residential is partering with brokerage Hilton & Hyland to bring to market Jewel Playa Vista, a new collection of luxury residences on the Westside of Los Angeles.

The three-story detached homes range between 4,200 and 4,500 square feet, with an open-concept design that features luxury finishes, private elevators and outdoor dining areas.  Prices begin in the high $3 millions.

Designed by Robert Hidley Architects, Jewel offers some of the final new homes in Playa Vista, which has rapidly become the center of the burgeoning Silicon Beach tech district.  Formerly a private airport for the Howard Hughes Corporation, the community is now home to more than 10,000 residents.
