Brandywine Homes and Integral Communities have completed construction for Riverdale, a new development of single family homes in Long Beach.
The project, located on a formerly vacant on the east bank of the L.A. River, consists of 131 detached houses, with three- and four-bedroom floor plans between 1,925 and 2,242 square feet. Each dwelling includes large kitchens, walk-in closets and interior laundry rooms.
The houses, which start in the low $600,000s, will be located near a 3.3-acre park that Brandywine is planning nearby at 4951 Oregon Avenue. The new green space, which is to be named the C. David Molina Park, will include walking paths, fiotness stations and athletic fields.
Brandywine recently broke ground on a new collection of townhomes in Buena Park.
