Watt Communities and Presidio Residential Capital have broken ground on a new development in the West Hills neighborhood. 

The project, called New Heights, is located at 22135 Roscoe Boulevard in West Hills.  Plans call for 43 single-family residences with lot sizes ranging between 1,900 and 2,290 square feet.  The project is valued at more than $25 million, according to the developers.

Vertical construction of New Heights is expected to begin in December.

This is the fifth joint venture between Watt Communities and Presidio Residential of San Diego.
