Construction is now ramping up for the lastest phase of River Park, a new development of single family residences from LA Urban Homes.

Located immediately south of the Taylor Yard State Park, ongoing construction will create 54 single family residences in a variety of three- and four-bedroom floor plans, spanning up to 2,000 square feet.  Each home will also include three bedrooms and a two-car garage.

Prices start in the high $600,000s.

The houses are wrapped around the perimeter of the approximately 4.2-acre site, which will leave room for a future apartment building at Chaucer Street and River Edge Road.

River Park, which is built on a portion of a former Union Pacific rail yard, will eventually neighbor a 42-acre site that has been dubbed the crown jewel of the L.A. River restoration effort.
