With completion approaching for a new apartment building near the Hollywood & Highland Center, a new rendering from Studio Pali Fakete architects has revealed tweaks to the design of the mid-rise edifice.

The six-story structure, located at 1737 N. Las Palmas Avenue, will feature 82 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments above 125 underground parking spaces and ancillary uses such as a pool deck, a fitness center and a rooftop observation area.

Crews are now attaching the building's exterior of metal panels.

A similar residential development designed by Arquitectonica is now taking shape just two blocks north.
