Developer Summerland Partners, Inc. is moving ahead with plans to construct a multifamily residential complex in North Hollywood, and will present the project to the Los Angeles City Planning Commission next week.
The proposed development, slated for a property at 11525 W. Chandler Boulevard, would consist of a four-story structure featuring 60 dwelling units - including six apartments for low and moderate income households - and parking for 62 vehicles.
Kamran Tabrizi Architect & Associate is designing the low-rise structure, which will feature an exterior of white and grey colored stucco, accented by sheet metal.
Planning staff have recommended approval for the project, which is located a short distance west of Metro's North Hollywood Station.
