An L-shaped property in Gardena that formerly operated as a trailer park is now being redeveloped with townhomes.

The property, located at 17024 S. Western Avenue, is being turned into a community known as Bridgewater by California-based homebuilder City Ventures.

Additional details about the project are currently unclear.

City Ventures is also behind a similar development that is now under construction in Downtown Long Beach.
