Summerland Partners, Inc.'s proposed apartment complex in North Hollywood has taken another step towards reality, with the release of the project's proposed mitigated negative declaration last month.

Slated for a .63-acre property at the corner of Chandler Boulevard and Beck Avenue, the project would consist of a four-story building featuring 60 residential units above 62 units of automobile parking.

A rendering from the Summerland Partners website portrays the project as a contemporary low-rise complex.
