Steaven Jones Development Company is nearing completion at a mixed-use project in Del Rey.  

INclave, located at 4061-4065 Glencoe Avenue, consists of three buildings featuring 49 apartments - including studio, one-, and two-bedroom units - with 65,000 square feet of office space and a 2,100-square-foot ground-floor cafe.  Plans also call for 282 parking spaces in an automated basement garage.

Designed by VTBS Architects, the project has previously been described as a mix of mid-century modern and industrial architecture.  Amenities, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a community room, feature throughout the building.

At the time of the project's groundbreaking, completion was anticipated in Spring 2019.

INclave is located just south of G8, a similar development now being built by California Landmark Group.
