The City of Pasadena has signed off on a proposal from local developer Toledo Homes to construct a mixed-use apartment building near Paseo Colorado.
The proposed development, located at 178 S. Euclid Avenue, will consist of a five-to-six-story structure containing 42 residential units above 1,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Renderings portray a contemporary mid-rise structure, featuring a façade of glass and concrete. The proposed development is being designed by Onyx Architects.
Completion of the project, which is being called One Seventy-Eight Euclid, is expected in Summer 2020.
Toledo Homes, which is based out of Pasadena, recently completed construction of a new condo development near Huntington Hospital.
