A new development taking shape at Los Robles Avenue and Cordova Street is billed as featuring the highest condominiums in Pasadena.
The project, known as 388, is repurposing a portion of a 1980s office building as for-sale housing. According to the website of developer Adept Urban, the finished product will contain 105 residential units with a rooftop amenity deck. A total of 23,000 square feet of office space will be retained within the building.
Renderings also show that the project may later include the redeveloping of an adjoining parking structure as a multifamily residential complex.
A timeline for the 388 is currently unclear.
