Nonprofit developer PATH Ventures is now above ground level at the PATH Villas Eucalypus, a new senior affordable housing complex in Inglewood. 

The four-story building, located at 240 W. Lime Street, will offer 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments for low-income seniors when completed. 

Santa Monica-based KFA Architecture designed the project.

PATH's is also in the midst of construction on a larger affordable housing complex in Rampart Village.
