Developer CityView has now progressed sixth floor above grade at the Pearl on Wilshire, its new mixed-use complex in Koreatown.

Located on a 2.22-acre site along Hobart Boulevard between Wilshire Boulevard and 7th Street, the project will feature 346 apartments, approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space and amenities such as a swimming pool, a business center and a rooftop deck.

VTBS Architects is designing the podium-type building, which will be clad with a mixture of stucco and glass.

Completion is schedule for early 2018.

A similar development from Jamison Services, Inc. is now rising one block east on Harvard Boulevard.
