After a year of construction, the Periscope development is gradually taking shape in Silver Lake. 

The project, located on a hillside property along Riverside Drive, will feature eight freestanding buildings totaling 12 residential units. 

The three-story buildings, designed by Project M Plus, will provide a mix of single-family homes and duplexes.

Silverlake Homes, LLC is the owner and developer of Periscope, and M. Merrer Development is serving as its contractor, according to a project website.
