Hudson Pacific Properties is wrapping up construction at its 4th & Traction development, which rehabilitated the Arts District's former Coca-Cola Building as modern office space.
The three-story building, located just west of the 4th Street Viaduct, will now feature 130,000 square feet of rentable office and retail space. The building's rooftop is also being activated as restaurant space without outdoor seating through the construction of a one-story penthouse.
West of the Coca-Cola Building, a newly constructed parking garage will provide 300 vehicle spaces for office and retail tenants.
Santa Monica-based architecture firm HLW International designed the project.
The property sits just south of 950 E. 3rd Street, a $215-million mixed-use complex from Fairfield Residential and Legendary Development.
