A sales website offers a first look at a gated townhome development now under construction in Gardena. 

Stonefield, located near the intersection of Rosecrans and Vermont Avenues, is being developed by Los Angeles-based homebuilder KB Home.  Plans call for a series of three-story structures, similar to other projects built by KB Home in the Los Angeles area.

The 63 townhomes now rising at Stonefield will come in an array of three-bedroom floor plans ranging between 1,784 and 1,914 square feet in size.  Each unit will include a two-car garage.

Sales prices will start in the mid-$600,000s, according to the sales websites.

Other projects from KB Home in the South Bay include similar townhome developments in Gardena and Athens.
