The wrapping is off at The Griffith, a new small lot development in Silver Lake.

The project, which consists of 11 single-family dwellings at 1933 Griffith Park Boulevard, is being developed by local homebuilder RC Homes.

The houses are built in a variety of three-bedroom floor plans, each of which includes a two-car garage and a rooftop deck.

At the time of the project's groundbreaking, sales prices were estimated to start at $1.2 million.

Other recent developments from RC Homes include a similar small lot project in Hollywood.
