In North Hollywood, co-developers Hillock Land Company and Luminor Properties are putting the finishing touches on a mixed-use apartment complex at 11301-11321 Camarillo Street.

The five-story building, called 11NOHO, consists of 60 studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments ranging from roughly 660 square feet to nearly 1,200 square feet in size.  The project also includes 2,800 square feet of commercial space at street level and parking for 81 vehicles in a subterranean garage.

A leasing website advertises rents ranging from $2,283 to $3,867 per month.

Brooks + Scarpa designed the podium-type building, which faces Camarillo Street with a facade of corrugated aluminum screening and a “picture frame” which opens up to an interior courtyard.  Other amenities include a fitness center and a community room.

Hillock and Luminor have also partnered on the development of a smaller mixed-use building in Valley Village and a 30-unit apartment complex under construction in the Larchmont neighborhood.
