Just east of the C Line's Mariposa Station in El Segundo, construction is coming to a close at Alta Oficina, a new office campus. 

The project, built by Messori Development, is comprised of two five-story and an attached parking garage at 2125 Campus Drive.  The campus features 150,000 square feet of occupiable space, in addition to a landscaped, T-shaped courtyard.

Designed by KMD Architects, the complex has a contemporary look and numerous features common to office campus - including skybridges connecting to the internal parking garage.

The campus, which is being sold as office condominiums, is already partially occupied.  The property houses the new American headquarters of EVA Airways, the second largest commercial airline in Taiwan.

The development site is located next door to a recently-completed AC Hotel by Marriott, and across the street from of the 15-acre Elevon office campus.

A block east on Douglas Street, Hackman Capital Partners is now in the process of converting a former Northrop Grumman facility into a 550,000-square-foot office campus.
