Just south of West Hollywood's commercial spine, the wrapping is off at a new multifamily residential development in Beverly Grove.

The project, which broke ground in 2018 at 1017 N. Croft Avenue, consists of a four-story building featuring 16 residential units on its upper floors and a parking garage below.

Labyrinth Design Studio is the architecture firm behind the contemporary low-rise building, which consists of boxy masses with gabled roofs and setbacks used to create terrace decks.

The Real Deal reported in 2017 that the project was being developed by local real estate investment firm Madison Group. Building permits indicate that the project will be marketed for sale as condominiums.

Madison Group and Labyrinth are also working on a larger multifamily project on a neighboring site along Croft.
