Robhana Group and Inception Property Group are nearing completion for a new medical outpatient facility in Pico Union.

The Downtown West Medical Center, located at 1120 W. Washington Boulevard, consists of a four-story building with 60,000 square feet of rentable space, in addition to an adjoining eight-story parking structure.  The entirety of the property was preleased at the start of construction to Healthcare Partners, a subsidiary of DaVita Medical Group.

Ware Malcomb designed the concrete-and-glass structure, which is scheduled for completion this Spring.

Robhana and Inception have plans for a follow-up development across the street, featuring an additional 48,000 square feet of rentable area.
