In Eagle Rock, local real estate development firm Schon Tepler Group has completed work on a mixed-use building containing apartments, commercial uses, and parking.
The project, located at 3815-3821 W. Avenue 43, occupies a mid-block site between Eagle Rock and York Boulevards. The four-story edifice consists of 28 rental units above 1,000 square feet of ground-floor office space and semi-subterranean parking.
A leasing website for the property advertises a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans between 755 to 1,050 square feet in size. Rents range from $2,700 to $3,100 per month.
Architect Sammie Tabrizi is designing the contemporary low-rise building, is split into two masses bisected by a narrow courtyard.
The Eagle Rock project is a prelude to similar mixed-use projects being built by Schon Tepler Group in Arlington Heights, Historic Filipinotown, and Echo Park.
The Eagle Rock development site is located immediately north of another residential-retail development built by Roundhouse.
