Local developer RC Homes has completed construction of a new development of small lot homes in Hollywood.

The Fairfax at Sunset development, located at 1352 N. Fairfax Avenue, consists of eight single-family dwellings.  The collection of three-story homes come in a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans, each of which features a rooftop deck and two-car garages.  Additionally, four of the houses include back yards.

RC Homes has built similar housing projects on Hyperion Avenue and Griffith Park Boulevard in Silver Lake.

Sales prices for the houses start at roughly $1.5 million.
