Empire Property Group has completed construction for Empire at Burton Way, a new luxury apartment complex in Beverly Hills.

Construction on the five-story building at 9265 Burton Way kicked off in early 2015, with plans calling for 23 residential, underground parking for 48 vehicles and amenities such as a fitness center and a roof terrace.  Empire set aside two of its units as housing for families and the very low income level.

Levin-Morris Architects designed the wood-frame structure with a facade of cement plaster, natural stone, anodized aluminum panels and wood.

One-bedroom units in the building start at $5,800 per month.
