Just east of Virgil Street, developer Sassan Ohebsion is wrapping up work on a new small lot subdivision not farm from Sunset Junction.
The project, located at 4344 Willow Brook Avenue, consists of five single-family residences, built using the City of Los Angeles' Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance. Named Willow Brook at Sunset Junction, the project includes three-bedroom floor plans, each with more than 2,100 square feet of floor area.
Per a news release from the Bryant \ Reichling team at Compass Hollywood and Michael Druker of Douglas Elliman, sales prices for the Willow Brook houses start at just over $1.3 million.
