In Hollywood, yet another mixed-use apartment complex has crossed the finish line on Vine Street.
The project, located at 901 N. Vine Street, replaced a car wash at the street's intersection with Willoughby Avenue. The five-story edifice features 76 one- and two-bedroom apartments on its upper floors, with 3,200 square feet of retail space located at street level and 90 parking stalls located within a semi-subterranean garage.
Plus Architects designed the contemporary podium-type structure, which closely resembles conceptual renderings produced in advance of construction. The building includes several common open space amenities, and is clad in materials including stucco, cement, and metal.
City records list the developer of the mixed-use complex as Vine Equity Capital, LLC.
The development site sits directly north of a new office campuses located at 817 N. Vine Street, which was recently leased to Netflix.
