After four years - and some coronavirus-induced delays - Oxford Capital Group has completed work on Hollywood's Godfrey Hotel.
Located at 1400 N. Cahuenga Boulevard, the seven-story structure contains 220 guest rooms in addition to a central courtyard, a fitness center, and a 6,000-square-foot rooftop deck and bar. About Last Knife - a casual steakhouse concept from Oxford Hotels & Resorts - will be located in space at the ground floor.
Steinberg Hart is the architect behind the project, while Chicago-based Gettys Group provided interior design work.
For nightly rates, view the reservation page on the Godfrey's website.
The project site is located directly northwest of Kilroy Realty's On Vine development, a Netflix-anchored office and residential complex, and northeast of the Rise Hollywood development.
A handful of other hotel projects from Relevant Group are also under construction a short walk north across Sunset Boulevard.
On the opposite side of the country, Oxford Capital recently broke ground on another Godfrey Hotel in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood.
