Located on an L-shaped property at 24000 S. Crenshaw Boulevard, the project consists of a five-story building five-story featuring 220 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments above two levels of subterranean parking.

According to a leasing website, the apartments range from 553 to 1,461 square feet in size, with monthly rents starting at $2,836 and running as high as $5,262.

TCA Architects is designing the apartment complex, previously known as Picerne Lomita, which is a podium-type structure with frontage on both Crenshaw and Lomita Avenue. On-site amenities include a courtyard swimming pool, a club room, and a fitness center.

The project, at the time of its approval in 2017, was billed as a first of its kind development in low-slung Lomita - though similar apartment buildings exist in neighboring cities such as Torrance.  Despite complaints from some residents that the project would worsen traffic congestion, the Lomita City Council ultimately signed off on the project, citing a desire to expand Lomita's tax base.
