The project at 118 S. Astronaut Ellison S. Onizuka Street, which began as the Āto development Etco Homes, has debuted under the name "Hiro House." Property records indicate that the completed development is opening under the ownership of Calmwater Capital.

The nine-story structure includes 77 studio, one-, and two-bedroom condominiums, as well as ground-floor retail space and parking.

A sales website advertises units ranging from 668 to 1,112 square feet in size, which pricing ranging from the high $500,000s to low $1 millions.

The project is the last in a series of multifamily residential developments to arrive in Little Tokyo within the past decade, the bulk of which are located along 2nd Street between San Pedro and Main Streets.
